I bought a brand new DA:OU and it came with a Blood Dragon Armor code. I'm wondering if it is still good? Because it says it expired on July 30, 2011 or do I need to contact Bioware and ask for a new code?

You might as well try inputting it and see if it goes through. For what it's worth though, I remember I bought Dragon Age Origins months after the Blood Dragon armor and Shale codes said they'd expire, and both still worked for me.

As Joey states. Many have reported that although DAO's redeemable by code content had an expiry date, beyond which they cannot be redeemed, it was possible to redeem the code and obtain the content. And again, as Joey suggests give it a go. There's no harm in trying after all. If it fails then by all means contact EA support.

I went to www.dragonage.bioware.com/redeem like it says on the slip that the code came on and it says page not found. Should I contact Bioware or is the Blood Dragon Armor promotion truely done?

I would suggest using the redeem code option in the game myself to avoid possible complications.
