I lost my NWN2 game books a while ago. So like any lazy gamer, I relied on the nwn.bioware.com community site, which stored my NWN and NWN2 keys, to keep track of my CD keys for NWN2. But to my suprise, I log in today to reinstall on my new PC, and nwn.bioware.com redirects me to the main bioware page.
Is this just simply gone forever? Is there any way I can retrieve these?

Are they gone forever? Yep.
Is there any lazy way to retrieve them? How hard do you have to work to buy another copy of the game (currently $20 for the game with both expansions, fully patched).

I could buy them again, but honestly, I don't feel like supporting the terrible decisions bioware/Atari/WotC have been making by giving them my money, specially for a game I've already paid for.
Oh well. Was fun while it lasted.

Next time keep better track of your booklets / cd keys and you won't have this problem.
$10 for NWN2 is a steal for the hours of gaming you'd get, but I can appreciate your stated principle.

This cracked me up. It is exactly what my wife has been telling me for the past few weeks. I have family and friends coming to town this week. For the last "3 weeks!" I have been tearing apart my garage, bedrooms, closets, and every possible/impossible place while looking for something. I've been pulling my hair out looking for my 1979 D&D Basic Set booklet. I can't find it. It is driving me crazy. We plan to do a playthrough.
I've looked everwhere at least 5 times....
It may end up beeing "Traveler" or "Boothill".

Only 5 for the next day (NWN2 + both expansions). If anyone is planning to buy the game, this is the right moment.NWN DM wrote...

I bought them all at full price on each release, and it was still a steal for the hours I got out of it. Lol. It's just hard to buy something when you've already bought it once before. Specially considering said external principals.
