Modding Hawke's Key upgrades

Sooo ...

Here I am again and this time I am looking forward to seeing the momentarily subpar weapon, the Hawke's Key, a bit upgraded. Namely, it's, duh, upgrades.

I already took the liberty of adding some rune slots to the weapons and already have the weapon leveling up with me (kudos to the modification by Looka: www.dragonagenexus.com/downloads/file.php), but I can tell that its initial upgrades aren't much to go by, ... just released the first seal on level 18 and I got a nice but not so much enticing 3 extra elemental damage.

So, ... I thought somewhere I should be able to modify the formulae on which said upgrades' progressions are based on and would like to ... augment (and yes, the weapon is practically asking for this (don't kill me for the joke (no really, please don't))) them to a more suitable level given how I might actually want to run the game with it until its appearance no longer pleases me and I go for the morozik75's arsenal again (another mod I can heartily recommend!).


Long story short, where do I find the files I have to modify and how do I do it without messing everything up bigtime?
