Hi there, I wasn't really sure where to post this so I just did here

I just received a litho in the mail and it looks like the packaging was bent, leaving a 6/7inch crease going down the top left hand side of the paper :(

I'm guessing that this has happened to a few of you in the past. What did you do, if anything, to fix it? Like iron the back of it or something?

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated
Jay

I'd like to know how to fix a crease as well, but I would think you could get a replacement from Bioware if it's got a crease.

I've tried ironing them before. Ironing the borders (white sections) are fine. Just make sure you have a cloth over it and have it on low iron and work your way up to hotter levels if it doesn't work. I ended up on med. heat I think. However, do not iron the image at all, it will make it all mushy and mess it up. Through ironing I think I removed about 85% of some minor creases and for major creases, it really didn't do anything.

Does that also apply to ironing the back of the litho only, with a towel/cloth over it??

tried it the back first time and I would not suggest it. I tried it on the lowest heat and immediately, the paper got damp and just seemed like the colors would wash out. If it's one of the new ones, just get a replacement.
