Can you bring Legion to the mission where you help Tali in the Quorian fleet?

If possibole, does his present make any changes?

I believe you have to pass a coercion check (paragon/renegade) in order to bring him aboard.

How much time do we have between acquiring Legion, and the crew getting kidnapped/captured, though?
Last time it happened as soon as I finished Legion's loyalty mission, but I had no other main plot's missions left at that stage.

In current playthrough, I only have Tali left (of recrutiment missions), so my plans are: do all other loyalty missions (and maybe some side assignments), obtain Legion, obtain Tali (in that order - I'd like to take Legion to Tali's recruitment mission), do their loyalty quests, and then go through the Omega relay - think it's doable without getting any of my kidnapped crew killed?

It seems is possible, but you have to do them with no delay, one after another.
