I guess nobody is as anal about their swear words as the Americans.
EDIT: I admit, I only wrote that to check if they star it out.... Please forgive me. Now I know how Evil Jared felt when he realized that using the word f*ck on German TV is not a swearword. I didn't even bother counting how often he said that word into the camera.

Could that mean he was unhappy with the Final Five and has decided to seek out new finalists?

No he's said he's decided to read more than five which is mighty generous of him and the Writers' Pit is helping him out.
Oh it's definitely generous. But that little

@Imported_beer: I'm glad you brought this to everyone's attention. People deserve to know that so much of her novel is stolen material.
I've never used twitter before, so... it's kind of strange for me to see the comments by themselves without any context. What was the question he's replying to? And where does he tell us that he's evil? D:BrennaCeDria wrote...

"Writer's Pit"? Sounds like a pretentious coffeehouse or a BDSM dungeon for authors.
You know, my mind really didn't need to be led down that little pathway. Thanks?

I finally added him on Twitter but I always tend to forget to check for tweets there.... Looks like it was fun for him to read the entries.

I can't even think of something to say about everything I read on the last page except to repeat what I said earlier, that what I've read in comments about that story is a bit (okay, not just "a bit" anymore) traumatizing.

You have to go through a little bit of clicking, but when he first posted the first Tweet I asked "so this means...?" to which he replied that it would take longer & a smiley face. Smiley face in this case = evil. ^_~

But I am incredibly curious what made him decide to read more. Did he enjoy reading them so much that he wanted to see what else was out there? Did he not like the top 5 chosen for him, so he decided to read through others? Hmm.

I think the "Writers' Pit" refers to the writing team at BioWare. This is unconfirmed, just my opinion (because that's what it's called where I work).
I actually like that choice of word. Writers' Pit. What a nice ring.

That actually makes me excited... it means our entries have a greater chance of being read by the man himself!! Instead of 5/400, it's now (a>5)/400!

Yeah, I tend to forget that from time to time. >.< I always have to unlock, send message, wait to see if there's a reply, then lock again when I send messages to people not on my list.

I wonder which one it is. Maybe there were so many good entries (which I would believe, judging by the abstracts) that they couldn't narrow it down to five? The suspense...Kat Tiki wrote...

Also, that's really nice of them to read more, hey? Surely DG reading it was the prize. (Well, it's the prize I wanted, anyway. And I cracked and bought Asunder, even though it seemed silly, if the book should have been motivating me to write a good story. A bigger pool of stories being read by DG - and others - is really nice.)
