One of these days I should make my own troll account. I'd out-troll all of you.

I'm not sure if I should pay you to do that, or pay you NOT to do it.
Do you honestly think the forums are ready for the amount of trolling? Do you truly?

Everything people hated about Dragon Age 2 were direct results of Bioware trying to give "fans" what they wanted.

"faster combat"
"s/s up characters!"

and all that nonsense.

Though I'm not sure why they recycled the same scenarios. probably time constraints. Forcing out a sequel before its ready. EA is to blame for that.

If Bioware took another six months or so to finish DA2, everybody would love it and not care about the romances, the character development, romance and characters in general were pretty good already, they just needed to double the game content.

They needed more than six months to fix that mess.  My point though was, you said something about whats wrong with trying to appeal to the most amount of people. Dragon Age 2 is what's wrong. In every way.

Would you like it if Anders, Fenris and Zevran didn't hit on you?

Yeah. No offense, but this is a topic on a sci fi rpg forum about virtual AI's.

I don't need to cite sources. I'm not sure why you guys are trying this.. angle. How many arguments here, are in essay format?

Try this elsewhere please.

No one said you needed formatting befitting a college paper, only that you actually back up your claim with proof.  Which you can't.  Thus your argument falls apart and your troll is only effective in gathering people to watch the spectacle, not actually evoke a response.

Trolling is a fine art, you must evoke a response for it to be of worth.  You're efforts in this thread are mediocre at best, because the only person facing an uncomfortable truth is you.

Do keep trying though, the amusement factor is going up.

Really?  At my college, the more fights you pick with the profs, the more you challenge their viewpoints, the higher your marks.

Perhaps it's just me. I'm not the type to share my viewpoints in a personal (that is, live) forum.

Excuse me. Are you not reading my posts. I was nice enough not to just reverse your incredibly silly argument.

"what DO U HAS" could've easily stalemated this argument.

Now, this argument is about MY opinion then I don't need a team of scientists and mathmaticians to make conclusions. What I have is far from nothing. I didn't flip a coin. I took all the data avaliable and made my own conclusion. If this is not good enough for you, then leave.

Secondly. I still do not understand how looking at the forums, seeing the group numbers isn't a GOOD representation of the demographic.

Sorry, we aren't going to get "offical" numbers ever. Deal with it.

I have.  You're the one hung up on gay romances, not me.  Your false indignation was almost amusing.  If you really cared what anyone thought you wouldn't post these threads.  You do this for reaction.

Usually your arguments are slightly better constructed, but this one is simply below even your astonishingly low bar.  I called you on that, my job is done.  I proved my point, you squirm pointlessly in denial because the person making the claim has to provide the proof.

Which you have not, and cannot.  Point, set, match.

You are wasting my time now.

My claim; gays are minority here.

If you're asking for absolute proof. Sorry, that's not even plausible.

I gave you why they are the minority, but apparently, all is "dismissable" because it's not absolute. I find your "position" annoying. If a great amount of evidence isn't enough for you, then go about your business.

I provided proof, it's just not "offical" enough for you.

Actually your "proof" was ... essentially.... I looked around, spun around once, and didn't see any. That's your proof.

And you never said where you got the information that the gay/lesbian would be slapped on and rushed out the door for ME3.

@Cthulhu Don't do it! >_<

Regarding gay romance, I'm pretty sure they would have to make new characters, since to my knowledge, there haven't been any exclusively gay romances yet in the ME franchise. If you're talking about characters becoming bi, I don't see how that would be a problem.

Okay. Let's settle down here.

I'm not sure what proof you guys are expecting. OFFICAL consense on BSN's sexuality aren't taken.

Looking around, and judging is a good enough way to judge the demographic here. This is a message board. Not Toronto.

What's in question is not "Gay's are a minority?"; What IS in question is "Are S/S romances a waste of resources?"

Using your methods of looking around at the general forums, counting heads, then adding it all up based on whatever ****ed-up math just came into my head, I can safely say, "No, it is not a waste of resources."
Have a splendid life.:innocent:

Why have romances to begin with. I, personally, think they should just get rid of all romances. Shepard has to remain professional and he's in a war zone. He has no time to deal with personal feuds and relationships.

PLEASE tell me where I get these offical "Bioware Sexuality demographics" If not. shut your pie hole.

Oh I'm not denying homosexuals are minorities. I mean, unlike you, I can back that up with data. I'm asking for proof that a homosexual relationship added to ME3 will be half-assed. And you yourself won't answer why minorities should be left out. Because only a certain % are played?

Based on this data...engineers and FemSheps should be left out to by your logic.

I hate humans, though. I intensely dislike talking to humans. So it would be like torture.

...and, have to say, you wouldn't necessarily find out if you were wrong, but if people thought you were wrong. Lots of grey issues out there.
