I just bought the mass effect 2 Digital Deluxe Edition, hoping that I could enjoy all the dlc
However, when I finally installed, the error massage jumped out - "communications with mass effect 2 was interrupted or has timed out"
What does this mean? I contacted the support and they said reinstall the game to defult file location. I did it 3times with the origion. I have to go download it for 3 times because of the un-userfriendly origin.
Then IT IS STILL NOT WORKING. I bought your PS3 edition and nothing was wrong with it.
PLEASE, I tried to contact support again but after enter game name, the platform botton stoped working so I could not contact them.

I am using Windows 7, 64bit system.

If this cannot work out, please return my money, and I will not going to buy any product from u through origin from now on. I had enough problems with this origin already.

Firstly, try reading the Tech FAQ in the ME2 tech support forum, as this has been asked numerous times. Its not a problem with the game, but a problem with Windows.
Secondly, this is not the official tech support forum, as that is handled by EA on their website. Any complaints or requests for refunds should be directed at them.
