I was just wondering at the end of the game is it possiable to go and and wonder around because i just finished and i cant go out any where im stuck in hawk's house and thats getting anoying....?

You beat the game. The town is in ruins. Based on the epilogue, town exploration should be impossible. They only let you go into the house so you can trigger further DLC. If you want to keep exploring and that. revert to before Anders has his moment.
