Dunno, I find you pretty bad because you don't stop whining about us.

This from the faction that routinely walks into threads to trash other fans for their own discontent with the game. Pot, meet kettle.

Or people who don't contribute constructively to topics.

But apparently, contributing constructively to topics is no big deal when a Kaiser Shepard posts off-topic in a thread to bash the game. But when anyone calls out the Cerbies for doing the same (like, in this very thread) ...it's a crime!!!!

The problem I think for cerebus in the eyes of many is that it is a pro-human group in an universe where frankly, there's pretty much no anti-human bias...frankly, it makes them look like dicks who are shouting "humans on top" when none of the other alien races are saying "humans on bottom"

No anti-human bias?
First the turians attacked us.
Then the Council used us to drive the batarians out.
Then they tried to force humanity to be under alien oversight just because of one measly base researching AI.
Then, when the Geth attacked, they refused to help us.
Collectors, same thing. Zero help.

The Council races have been trying to either destroy or control humans ever since we showed up.

What Cerebus needs is its equivalent among the other races...I don't mean, "a Cerebus for the aliens" but a cerebus style organization for the turians, salarians etc.

For example, how about that asari mother we meet in Illium decides to start  an "only asari should be in space" - (I like the fact that in her grief she didn't focus on JUST humans but frankly, ALL "aliens").

Similarly, how about Facinus actually gets smart and not just bomb its own people for no discernible reason?

The problem I think for cerebus in the eyes of many is that it is a pro-human group in an universe where frankly, there's pretty much no anti-human bias...frankly, it makes them look like dicks who are shouting "humans on top" when none of the other alien races are saying "humans on bottom"

Don't the Salarians have STG?
Asari have their commando units?
Krogan have the Bloodpack?

Turians?  Nah they don't have one, they don't need one, they're not subtle, if they don't like you, they'll just bomb you back to a primitive state.

First the Council saved us from the Turians
Then they let us drive the Batarians out
Then they created a human Spectre despite humanity being a bunch of noobs who can't even protect their own pitiful little colonies.
Then they made us a member of the council despite the Turians doing the bulk of the fighting and dieing which saved the galaxy.

Cerberus needs a 3 headed reaper dog, that would be a fun fight.

You are also clearly a faction in your own right.

Not an individual, mind you. Individuals might not fit a trend. But you at least agree sometimes with other people who are unpleasant, and that makes you equivalent.

What Cerberus needs is smart people who don't intentionally hook up people to AIs, plant reaper tech into traitors to their organization and unleash monsters on the galaxy.

How is pointing out the Council's shameless favouritism for their pets being an apologist?

Funniest thing, there will be some who don't recognize the irony and think you're being serious.

What Cerberus needs is a redemption, honestly. Not a 180-turn about where they stop fighting Shepard all of a sudden, no. Just something where no matter what, it makes sense that Shep and Cerberus come to an irreconcilable disagreement. And how much do you want to be it deals with Reaper tech? Just like the end of ME2, Retribution, and Evolution? When it comes to Cerberus, it's always about Reaper tech. Not a stupid, Saren 2.0 reasoning. "We can't beat them, so we're going to kill you instead."
Yeah, no, sorry.

And I can see why Shep and TIM would disagree about using Reaper tech easily. Sovereign: "By using our technology, your civilizations develop along the paths we desire." But if TIM's actions are as lulz-ily stupid as they have been in the books, comics, and parts of ME2 (Hey, look, a Reaper. Let's hide it from the council and go study it and not tell the only human expert on reapers about it until it's too late! Because that's a good idea!) then I am going to be severely disappointed. I like TIM. I HATED Cerberus and what they did to my Sole Survivor Shep in ME1.

But ME2? Well... despite their past actions, I was willing to "give them a chance. One chance."
And despite all of the trouble TIM puts Shepard through, the logic was there. High risk, high reward. Just like the Vanguard play style. And my Shepard approved. TIM's actions are questionable, but he (most of the time) accomplishes what he wants to. Even in Retribution, things turned out in his favor. Cerberus is capable to an extent. The fact they are treated as such is what makes it ridiculous when every single other operation of theirs goes wrong. It's getting old. And fighting Cerberus just after being their allies is almost worse.

BioWare needs to make up their minds. What is Cerberus? A joke? Or a powerful paramilitary group, ruthless and cunning?
An enemy or a friend?

Cerberus does not need other race equivalents. It's probably too late now for it to be anything else but the schizophrenic bipolar joke BioWare made it to be. Flip-flopping an organization's role every game made Cerberus a sham.

I don't wonder why, I know it's my rugged good looks. That and I tend to disagree with people a lot.

What Cerberus needs is a new leader. I suggest either Miranda Lawson or Oleg Petrovsky.

Unfortunately that does seem to be the case. Even from Day 1.

"LOL, let's recreate rachni slaves"
"LOL, let's enslave thorian creepers!"
"LOL let's see what happens if we lure some soldiers to a Thresher Maw pit!"

And people support this? Image IPB

Yes.

I'm sorry, but there are just some things you don't do. Trying to enslave Rachni and Creepers seems like a given but I guess not. Same thing goes for implanting people with reaper tech...

Well, some people think that being overly sadistic and evil douchebags is a cool thing.

One of you is over-vilifying the Council, and the other is over-praising them.
