I have all of the trophies except the "Secret". How can I side with each side 5 times without playing the entire game 10 times or can I just finish The LastStraw 5 times siding with mages and 5 times siding with templars. I don't want to do it unless it will work.

It means 5 times in one game. Your choices in a variety of quests (like Wayward Son and Act of Mercy) are what count.
The final choice actually doesn't count, which is sort of odd.

Decisions over the course of the playthrough are what count for those achievements. For example, sending Feynriel to the Circle is siding with the Templars, while sending him to the Dalish is siding with the mages. So to get both you need to do two playthroughs, and probably side with only Templars or Mages to make sure you get the achievements.
