I just got the game yesterday, cannot conect to the mass effect 2 because interupted or timed out.
It is the Digital Deluxe Edition
At the same time I tried to play BF3 witch I bought long time ago, and it could not connect.
Two of the supports told me that "I would like to tell you that one of our tool is down.". God... How long am I waiting? could anyone fix my problem, is it because of my new internet service? Haven't had any of this in the old house.
I am playing Diablo 3 Beta at same time, no connection problems with that, so in my opinion it is still EA's problem. Besides, I did everything supports told me to do, ie. turn off fire wall, clean booting...

I just checked the FAQ, nothing works for me. Someone said it is problem with origin?
If I cannot log in, I can't get all the DLCs I should get. Can I get refound on the game?

Given that you have not read the "Read First" thread, and given us the specs of your machine, and exact error message, there is nothing we can do to help. Either fill out a full error report, or deal with EA.

The problem is sloved...I got the refound...
Next time maybe I will buy the disk and not from origin.
