I bought 1600 pts in Nov.2011,  bought DA2 DLC "Legacy & Item pack 2" (spent 1200) , 400 also gone. Looked at email and it shows that the "Item Pack 2" was paid for twice. I originally had 160 pts and was going to purchase  a second DLC or item pack with the extra 400.
I would like the 400 points restored to my account, I am holding off on any more EA purchases until this is resolved. I really like your games but I am hesitant about any more purchases.
