custom paint job would be awesome - metallic candy apple flake with electric blue flames and an LED N7 emblem on the deck. violet undercarriage neon, low profile tires on 50" mags...screw saving the galaxy - look for me on the strip about 1am Friday nite...
lol, "Yeh, if I'm caught in my garage stamping flame stickers and glitter on my Mako I'd be fired. and the galaxy is doomed. lol But hopefully the strip is spared". I'll meetcha at the Ceasars Palace buddy.

If they do use a vehicle in ME3, I hope it handles like the flying taxi in LotSB. Put armor and guns on that thing, and I'll be happy.

well if im not outta my mind, The aluminum can called the "Hammerhead " does everything the flying taxi does except fly. we dont need another trash bag floating around
i dont know but maybe if the mako could hover like hammerhead or at least have those back to the future like tires that flip up and hover. add minor weapon customization and limited flying abilities and we have the ingredients for a more explorable Mass Effect. MakoHead.
I noticed that in ME2 they dropped the kinetic shields for the vehicle exploration. now If the Hammerhead had shields, I might have voted for its return. but I guess putting a shield on the Hammerhead wouldn't be impossible for the alliance. I just dont like the damn thing. I enjoyed the mako FAR better. you could actually get out of the mako own your own. maybe the Hhead was programmed not to let anyone out until they reach their destination.

I mean, think of vehicles that achieved massive popularity. Halo's Warthog- A jeep with a rear mounted gun and a ridiculous oversteer. Nothing complex. More along the lines of brutally simple.
So, rather than make some gimmicky crap that is frustrating to use, make something that is direct and simple to use, if you want it to be popular.

MakoHead is what ME3 needs indeed. Just combine the best elements of Mako & Hammerhead while throwing out the bad ones and we've got perfect vehicle. Seriously, with the experience BW already has from the past 2 games, it should be really easy for them to make a good vehicle and good missions for this new vehicle *prays*
Great suggestion. Now they're gonna make a mako with jetpacks on it.

So you want the SS romance result of the Mako and Hammerhead.. I'll pass. Cut the gimmicks out and make something direct and businesslike in nature.

The Hammerhead had good points?
I miss the Mako. Bouncing around planetside and cackling gleefully as I imagined all my passengers throwing up into their helmets. Good times.

Yes, it wasn't a pain in the ass to drive it unlike Mako.kirvingtwo wrote...

I didn't find it too difficult to get used to. Not as easy as say a Warthog in Halo but not a lot different.IsaacShep wrote...

The Hammerhead wasn't driving it was floating and scanning.
