I sent a design in as well and haven't heard back. I am guessing with all the contests, the community team is pretty busy.

Who do I contact about this? I submitted a design that looks similar to what is on the blog now. I know you guys are busy after the ME3 launch, but it has been months.

I've really enjoyed these various blog entries.
In general, I think games lack the romanticism of movie-making and their behind-the-scenes magic, but a lot of these blogs give me that experience. I'll never be a game developer or even particular savy with anything relating to the creation of games (though I'm no novice with a computer, as I use them to edit films and do use CGI extensively) - but getting glimpses of the creation is sweet, especially because I know nothing of it. So keep it up! I enjoy the interviews - and I'd definitely read interviews with the more unknown guys and girls. Even one short one with the coffee girl/boy as well as a conversation between the art department and the guys and girls who have to transform it into real pixels.
And by all means - make it even more accessible. It could easily have its own "Blog" button on the front page, not hidding between the list of various forums.
