Dunno about Shepherd's apartment, I don't know that guy.

But Shepard's apartment? Hmm, I'd like to get a new one in ME3. Maybe even the place where Shepard decides to live after the war, together with his or her love interest. However, that's no big issue to me if there's no apartment / gets shipped via DLC. After all, Shepard has his cabin on board of the Normandy, and that's already quite luxurious.

Hope the room on the Normandy looks different than it did in the previous game. Felt too sterile in ME2.

Have you ever been on a military transport? What do you expect, some throw pillows and a nice duvet?

"Civilian sector comfort by design."

Being the galaxy's biggest bad(ahem), I'd expect nothing short of a four-poster bed, a fireplace, a yahg-skin rug and a great giant treasure chest, for me to stash all that booty(Made obsolete by ME 2's very inconsiderate system).

Shepard's apartment has been stolen, along with Shepard's 1 million credits. Wasn't it the BSN concensus that it was the shifty looking cow's fault?

Yeah, that. *shakes fist angrily at SLC starts up  ME1 and runs over SLC in the Mako.*

Is this apartment apart of the last dlc for Me1? I didn't buy that one. :(

No need for the unhappy face. You made the right decision.

I liked Pinnacle Station. If for no other reason than all the gobs of XP I got for doing all the challenges. Also, the apartment was fun for roleplaying purposes. B)

Pinnacle Station dlc never work for me, and I download it a few times, and it still didn't work.

Badkarma, I've been saying the first thing since before Mass Effect 2's launch!!! It was a heck of a thing to introduce and then just abandon. Here's what I wrote about a month ago regarding Shepard's apartment:

http://social.biowar...index/8713764/2

And the hubs don't even need to be big. One of the places (as I mentioned earlier) that I honestly want to return to is that house that you win from Admiral Ahern for completing Pinnacle Station. I thought that was neat, and only scratched the surface of what you could do at such a location.

Think about what you could do there:

- Do some day trading (if they have minerals in ME3 and an ability to buy/sell/give them to other players).
- Read news reports linked to stuff in-game and maybe even the multiplayer element.
- Receive missions based on reading or hearing those news reports.
- Receive missions based on correspondence received at the house.

If they wanted to get really fancy, allow you to pop out into the vehicle and drive to the nearby town. Maybe have some "good neighbor" missions where you can help out the locals. It wouldn't be any bigger scale than an uncharted planet combined with Zhu's Hope.

"Big" doesn't mean Illium has to be ten levels deep or every wing of the Citadel is at hand. "Big" comes not just in number of hubs, but smaller moments as well.

One of the biggest moments in ME2 - a sequence that really gave the game needed depth - was a bonus DLC: the chance to return to the Nornamdy crash site. The flashbacks, the journal entries, the chance for you to leave the memorial, the dead quiet of space...that is the emotional heft that makes these games work. I really hope we can return there in ME3. That's a place that resonates all the way through the beginning of ME1, and just having the ability to go there again connects the games in a way that no dialogue or codex entry ever could. And again...imagine if you go there and you find someone else wandering the site, a family member of a lost loved one, and you get to comfort them or heck, even get a mission based on it. That's the kind of stuff that gives the game scope and depth.

Never played any DLC for ME1 so that's news to me. I would love to have my own little lair in ME3.

I brought this up when they where making ME2 but no one seem to care about it. maybe because it was a DLC that why. But i still want it back in ME3. i had to complete all the quest in the DLC to get that house so my game hours should be rewarded.

It´s Bioware. All you get is e-mail. Your house tells, that you have unpaid electricity bills from last 3 years. Your house would be a happy building if you pay, before power is cut off.

Wait, Shepard had a cabin in ME1? I don't remember that at all. Where was it?

finish the pinacle station DLC and it's on a planet called Inta'Sei or something like that

I have played ME1 like 8 times, but not once have I finished pinacle station, so I did not know about the a apartment. Good thing I'm planning on creating a new Shep now when ME3 is getting closer, maybe I will finally see this cozy home.

Yeah, why would you have such a big lake if your not going to fill it with fish?

No that's too easy. Just get Vega to feed your fish.

I love everything of Mass Effect, The Original is the better. I loved and enjoyed the DLC's Pinacle Station were entertaining and fun. I require you though having more XP, it's kinda frustrating when you are very low. The DLC is wonderful. I wished Mass Effect 2 had something like that. It does make the game more fun.

I hope the Simulation type thing makes a return in Mass Effect 3, it basically just like co-op where it's wave of enemies after waves. I too hope we get apartments, homes, etc...in Mass Effect 3. That be good and interesting, I hope things to do as well. To other people that say the DLC were bad and those are dumb ideas. You are pathetic, it's a great idea. I'm too looking forward to the Multiplayer/Co-Op.
