The Tali sweat thing is pretty extreme. But I'd say Miranda's fandom is more obsessive than Kaidan's or Ashley's. There just isn't as much pic spam involved in Miranda's thread as those two's.

I'm a Miranda fan too.

You are absolutely correct. Earning capacity is far more important as an objective criterion to women than physical looks are. The opposite is true of men. If you are stable and have a good job it is likely more valuable than merely being handsome but to be both would be best.

Think men can make up for lack of decent looks by either a darn fine job or lots of money. Sounds a bit shallow, but it works. Men looking only for beauty are shallow too, so guess both genders can act quite shallow.

Seriously, I wish it would be easier to go down the "good character = sexy" part. But it doesn't work, for both genders. If you're too nice you'll end in the friendzone because you're not sexy enough. If you're an ass it plays against chances for a long lasting relationship. You need to be between both extremes ... and that results in a high chance to develop flaws.

I have friends who act like this because they were once good.. But they got takened advantaged of so they turned into "jerks" or whatever. I don't understand how a good  person isn't sexy.
