An update! We've been waiting impatiently since the composer list.
An interesting read, too. This confirms again that we'll see other people than just the crew on the Normandy.

I kind of like the idea of being able to invite your crew to your quarters when they want to talk rather than going to wherever they're hanging out.

A workbench - that feels appropriate, in a KOTORish way. Thanks for the update

Well considering the fact that an official writer for Bioware is writing about being commander Shepard. I think I'll shelve my stuff for now. XD

People on the Normandy actually talking to one another? Being able to invite people to your quarters? WORK BENCH!? This pleases me greatly!

I liked the point of view it was written from. Made it easy to match it to the male-or-female canon Shepard in the reader's head. Sneaky way to give out tiny tidbits of info. Want moar!

A lot of the Facebook comments seem to think Jame's thing was that he was in love w/ Shep... I didn't see that at all, but I guess it's up to interpretation. I mean, most of the loyalty missions in ME2 would've been told in confidence if the squaddies were placed in prominent, crowded locations(Only ones notwithstanding imo are Tali, because she said it infront of the two engineers and Legion, because he doesn't really seem to have actual discretion anyway), I just think it would be something in that line.
"Just my opinion though, no need to go spreading it around."

Is this confirmation that Kelly won't be my Yeoman? Or will she replace this "comm specialist" if she survived the suicide mission?

Thanks, Patrick. The amateur author in me takes notes when reading your work.
That was a fun one. Intriguing potential tidbits, too. Inviting squadmates up to the cabin sounds like fun. As do the important diplomatic developments. And Joker speaking with Liara. And cheaper prices on the Citadel.
And everything else.

I can't wait to experience that for myself. The atmosphere seems to be much more alive in Mass Effect 3.

First things first, Commander Shepard. A random Salarian is having relationship issues, and requires your opinion...

You have to remember that all those people are Cerberus and considered enemeies of the Alliance, there'd be no way in heck the Alliance would hire them to work on the Normandy now that it and Shep are back with them.

This is why Mass Effect 3 is going to blow minds:
When you live in the world we live in (REAL WORLD), everyday is as crazy as the last. Mass Effect is a three part series in which you make ulitmate decision (who to take on your next mission, what weapons to take, etc.), and each decision will change how you play. I can't wait to make some of these fresh new decisions aboard the Normandy in Mass Effect 3. It's time to take Harbinger and the REAPERS HEAD ON! Lets show them that organic beings (CAN & WILL) kick sentient machine ASS!

Inviting them to your room?
(no I am NOT going to make a But the prize joke here).
I like that much better than having to go see them.

Can we please? Who do I need to talk to about eliminating a useless month? I'll go see if Chronos is around somewhere. Maybe he could do something about this.Commander_010 wrote...

"Turian Empire".
BioWare can't even get its own lore straight.
