Is there a key like the tab key in DA:O to show everything that you can pickup/interact with in KOTOR? Thanks

I haven't played Dragon Age so I cannot say for sure how what you refer to works in DA:O, but it KotOR there's no way to press a key so that everything you can interact with shows. That being said, all you need to do to figure out what you can interact with or not is to approach whatever you want to check out.
