Hey,
I got ME2 free from EA a while back (DA2) and got all the DLCs. I don't want to start a Origin vs Steam war, but ME2 is 5$ currently on Steam and I want to get it if my already owned DLCs work. Don't want to buy them again of course.
I suspect it will work, since DLCs are linked to my account and not related to the copies of ME2 I have (could be a hardcopy, Steam, Origin, etc.), but I just want to make sure. 5$ isn't much to try, but Steam is currently emptyig my wallet with all the Holiday sales and it's only day 4...
Thanks.
Using same DLCs over different ME2 versions

DLC is linked to your account and chosen platform, and not to any specific installation or product key.
SO all yuo have to do is log into the Cerberus Network with your account to validate the DLC with taht installation, and you're good to go.

I confirm. I "unregistered" my current ME2 PC version, registered the new Steam version and registered the Cerberus Network key, installed all the DLC and launched the game. Login was correct, and achievements are filled with DLC content.
