Cutscene "In-Game Preview" not working

When working on my first cutscene I hadn't realized there was an "In-Game Preview" option, so was quite excited when I found it... but unfortunately it doesn't want to work for me :(

Whenever I try to use it it, it exports fine but then comes up with an error:

Failed to start the game for in-game cutscene preview
Please make sure your game build is present and up to date.

Playing the cutscene from within the game works fine.

Also, while on the subject of cutscenes, is there any way to get an animations sound events to run?  I've set "Play Sound-Events" to True in the cutscene's properties, but it still doesn't seem to work

Another problem is you can't use "Clone Actor" on sound actors, as it gives the error

Unable to read resource
"bw-fmod://fmod/(Sound Files Location).FSE", Please check to make sure it has not been deleted.

The original sound still works fine however.

I'm also having the "in game preview" issue. Has anyone figured out a fix for it, by chance?

Is there any way to fix this problem? Perhaps a fix for the windows registry or so....?

It doesnt work. I just think it's been omitted from the public toolset.
