This is much better than ME1 and ME2 system. ME1 you basically went with the stronger gun every time. Every pistol was the same. Every shotgun, sniper, AR, all the same. ME2 had some difference between the weapons - but this seemed to make the previous weapon obsolete. Who wants a poopy avenger (although I liked the gun..) when you could have the very strong vindicator or revenant. Mantis was TOTALLY erased when you got the widow.
Not only are there FAR more weapons already, but they're far more different from each other. Not to mention the mods seem incredibly interesting. Scope for a pistol? Increase in rounds/decrease in "heat" expelled. The SMG seems like a never ending gun that could potentially never use any bullets either. I'm already loving the new gun and customization system.

Does anyone have any pictures of all those weapons? I'd like to start making decisions about what I'm going to use.
The only ones we have pictures of are:
The Argus:

The Valkyrie:
The other N7 weapons:

The Hornet:

The Talon:

The Scorpion:

These guns:

First is the Graal, the second is unknown to me and I think the third is the Raptor and the fourth is the Falcon.
Well, that's it.

The Scorpion is my new favorite handgun. Exploding bullets ftw.
It's incredibly strong. In the beta - he was shooting at the atlas, easy target since he's big, and each explosion did about 1/4th of his shields. He should have just kept on shooting (probably wanted more of a challenge) because armor was coming up next..and pistols vs. armor..that would have been some insane damage I'm sure.

It also looks like it's compatible with ammo powers too.

Sounds more like an assault rifle to me.
I bet it's this gun, because I don't think it's a semi-automatic rifle (I'm basing that on the sound, by the way) and that rules out the Saber.

Is it an automatic explosion or can we trigger them?lightsnow13 wrote...

And if it's the former, does it to bullet damage before doing explosion damage or does it just roll both into one?

The grenades will stick to enemies and then explode after while. They can also be triggered manually.

This is an impressive list of weaponry, almost makes the ME2 gear seem obsolete.

I guess we get all of our ME2 guns immediately while everyone else has to wait. But we can look forward to a good arsenal, since I don't think I'm using the ME2 stuff.Seeker Sparrow wrote...
When people say "Weapons will carry over from ME2 into ME3" this isn't based on an imported save and they actually appear in ME3 regardless?

All of these new weapons and mods seem pretty cool. On the one smg I noticed in its description it mentioned an integrated suppressor, was there any mention of a suppressor mod? Also, I remember the mention of being able to change the material of the weapon, any word on this yet?
I haven't heard anything of a suppressor mod. Seems rather redundant as well for the most guns.
I'd guess that the material changes with certain mods.

im really interested in finding out which full auto AR is the most accurate. the descriptions say "highly accurate" or something similar, but im wondering which one is the 'most' accurate.
do you know if scope mods are functional and not mainly just cosmetic?

Has this been confirmed or is it still speculation? Starting with all the ME2 gear plus the DLC stuff seems a tad overpowered on the outset of the game.
Having said that though that Graal (sp?) Shotgun sounds like a beast to replace the Claymore.

They're functional. If you put them on pistols, you'll get a nice little zoom and a crosshair to use. Like the sniper rifles' scopes.
Same thing if you put them on rifles. They'll compensate for movement and flinches from damage as well.

I take it as meaning that they'll be in the game and we have to find them like how we found weapons in ME2, the same way that all ME1 weapons (at least the models) are in ME2.Seeker Sparrow wrote...
