I have been attempting too download and install DLC for mass effect 2 and the larger downloads such as Genesis, Shadowbroaker and the other new characters/mission download packages are giving me the following error.
NSIS Error
Installer integrity check has failed. Common casuses include incomplete download and damaged media.
Any direction as to how to fic this issue? I have tried disabling my AV during the download and install with no sucess.

Other than ME-3 and Off Topic, the Social Forums died last spring, and really never recovered. Hardly anyone come in any more. I've never been at all attracted by any DLC offering, or at least not enough to want to do anything with my not-so broad version of broadband. I can't help you.
But the archives are filled with threads about it. Consult them, just don't waste time with the Social site's broken Finder function.

1) DON'T use WiFi to dl, make sure you are connected via CABLE to your modem/router.
2) Disable all virus software.
3) Clear cache of your computer.
4) Use Google Chrome WITHOUT any addons to dl the items.
5) Make sure you have a quality internet access and speed. If not go to a friends house or an internet cafe/school/work.
6) On subpar systems it may take 5-8 times of downloading to get a clean copy.
NSIS is simply a dropped packet or corrupted data when you downloaded, most often caused by interference by another program, aka virus protection, or a bad internet connection, aka WiFi.

7) Chose "Save" and not "Run". Once its downloaded to your computer, then run it (as admin if on vista/win7)
