Would this "D3mon Sover3ign" person PLEASE stop posting spoilers? I'm trying to stay completely spoiler free and the dude's ALREADY posted way more than I wanted to know before beating the game.
The "spoilers" he posted have been known for months.

Be that as it may, I sure as hell never heard about them. And I'm not talking about the size of the squad, I'm talking about the other thing since I have NEVER heard any hint of that.

Isn't Tazzik a villain? Or a minion of a villain?
I'm not too sure actually - do we really know much about him? He certainly seemed tough, cold and vicious in a fight. But I don't know if he knew enough about the Shadow Broker to know if he was a goodie or a baddie. *Goes to read the comic again*

I'm fine with this. Lot's of folks wanted fewer teammates and more in-depth characterization, though I will say Bioware did a pretty damn good job of packing lots of back story and personality with each teammate in ME2. I just want some of the more colorful characters back from ME2 to compliment the rather mundane list so far.

Then don't get mad at him for it, get mad at BioWare and EA, they're the ones that leaked it.

Not to sound like I'm arguing with you (I fully agree with you).
BioWare doing this is probably the most counter productive thing about ME3. They've already shown that they can do the larger cast with good development (imo, better development than the squad in ME1), so they pull a 180 and get rid of ALL of them (Not counting the side missions).

Technically, for all we know, now characters will be getting multiple side-missions.

Actually, it was Microsoft who leaked the beta. For once, it wasn't EA's fault.AgitatedLemon wrote...

Yeah, I know. I'm hardly going to be pissed at EA, but known or not, I consider anything that Bioware themselves haven't openly released to be spoilers. I mean that's like say...posting that "Bobby goes home episode 3" at the start of a season of Survivor. Sorry to use a comparison some of you might find silly, but it's kind of the same. Sure people could be spreading the info everywhere, but CBS wouldn't have released that, thus it would be spoilers. I kinda feel the same applies here, that's all. I've just always hated spoilers because I like finding things out for myself.

I never said they weren't :|
I just don't think a couple of side missions do them justice.

Might I add, everyone is in the MassEffect 3 forum. NOT expecting spoilers is just retarded.

If you wanna go even deeper, a month or two after March all this will be common knowledge.

More like 3 or 4 days after release.
You know how rabid those easter egg hunters and wiki writers are.

Yes, because expecting a non-spoiler Forum to well, NOT contain spoilers is clearly stepping over the line and not just expecting something fair and decent. *eyeroll*
And sure Demon, I'm the one who needs to get over myself when you're blatantly spoiling people who don't want to be spoiled. That's a pretty dick thing to do, so I really don't see how you think acting like a douche gives you a right to talk down to me for no reason when I simply asked nicely for you to stop. A simple "sorry, I thought everyone knew", "I understand what you mean, and I'll stop", or "I get how you feel, but I'm not breaking any rules and people ask for it, so I think I should keep doing it as long as people ask for it" response would've done the trick much better.

But they also happen to be very important, much more than Tali & Garrus. Legion knows & understands the Reapers more than anyone else. Miranda is a key figure in the organization that during ME2 was doing the most to stop the Reapers AND she's personally responsible for bringing Shep back to life, she knows the best Shep's current condition. Mordin is one of the central figures of the Turian/Salarian/Krogan conflict and he's a science expert which already proved extremly useful in uncovering Collector secrets and thus protecting Shep & the squad from Reaper forces. Not a coincidence you're strongly advised to recruit him first in ME2.Sofia Lamb wrote...
But those three characters are also hugely popular. Making your complaint boil down to "I do not like Tali and Garrus"
Actually your argument kind of works against you. Tali and Garrus may seem unimportant in the overall war but they are very skilled individuals who are better in their field than most people in teh galaxy. They have little other commitments (Tali is seen as ver popular on the Fleet and possible Admiral) but that in it self gives them more time to fight with Shepard.
Miranda would likely be working very close to the Alliance. Like you said she is a very key figure in Cerberus and the Alliance would want that person to help them get rid of Cerberus agents in their command structure and lead teams to take out Cerberus bases.
Mordin being where he is in ME3 is perfect for him due to his experience with the Genophage and Krogan. Being on the Normandy isn't the best place he should be during the war.
