Hey, I downloaded all the dlc but my game wont let me play it. I dont know what to do, it appears in the extra content menu but i cant figure out how to make them work. Is the black emporium, for instance triggered by anything? do you need to do something to activate it? Anyway i am stumped and the stupid "Help" and email us buttons wont let me email them or wont supply any useful advice. please assist!

You need to double-click the files to install them after downloading them.

I am having a similar problem actually. I just got Dragon Age 2 for PC from Amazon.uk. I redeemed my code for the Black Emporium and downloaded it without any problem. I installed the files, and when I go into the game it is listed under downloaded content, with a tick right next to it. However, the content isn't appearing in-game. The Mabari isn't available, there is no letter at Gamlen's house and the Emporium isn't showing on the map. I have tried uninstalling the DLC files and reinstalling them again, and I have tried playing the game both connected and disconnected to the servers, but so far have had no luck. Am I simply overlooking something, or is this a real issue? I would be grateful for any help on the matter.

tick usually means unauthorized, and you need to connect to your account here with same email and password to authorize it.

I bought mine from Origin, but same goes here, no DLCs working, I have tried to reinstall them and patches and everything, but nothing...

1. Redeem code
2. Download content
3. Install content by double clicking (or right click and chose run)
4. launch game
5. Log in to account used to acquire DLC from within the game
6. Follow the instructions for locating letters, chest, deliveries etc as per the DLC information.

Used code from online, before clicked button - redeem code in game (actually before the starting the game at all) However used on my account! Now everything in game is unauthorised, and when I click redeem code and put it in again - it says code was used. Can I get any support please on this point, if needed please provide the phone number or at least an email where I can send a request for help.
