I paid for 800BW points with my visa, was a bug in the system or something like that, from my account withdrew money but I did not get points. Can i get them back?

I searched our internal systems and found the only two charges on your account for BioWare points failed on our end, meaning we did not receive any funds. I would recommend contacting your financial institution to ensure any funds they may have attempted to pull have returned to your account.
