Yestarday i did go to Illum, when land a Crogan come to me and said if i was the one who warn Thax of some one that look supicios to me.

I dont know what hes talking about, I dont remember in which quest i did do so, any clues?

During Samara's recruitment mission, after you leave the initial area, there is a terminal you can hack. You have the option of transmitting the data to Mr. Thax.

If you go to the area with the stores, there will be an asari on the middle row, talking about giving back stuff that she took. I believe it's related to that.

It is nowhere indicated what race Mr. Thax is. I'm not even sure you ever see him in game.

IIRC Thax is krogan according to Cerberus Daily News.
You dont actually get to see him, but you are well compensated with The Most Polite Krogan Ever.

Thax isn't mentioned in any of the CDN stories. Unless it's one of those unofficial stories that people have been writing since Bioware stopped doing them.

Thax is one of my favorite NPCs even if we never see him. I like characters whose reputation is known before we actually see them which is why I like the dialog about Mordin displaying corpses as a warning. I also enjoy the asari phone conversation about giving Thax a refund and then getting the hell somewhere safe.

I m with Bananables, will be interesting to see this guy on ME3, but i doubt, the Krogan you speak to says very clear he's thanks for it and gives our "bounty" for it.
Also I agree with Fredvdp, is always interesting to have some clues of some one you don't know yet, the reputation has you say.
