Reverend Mother in Lothering can get Morrigan +100 Approval Rating

First, talk to Sten. Then, talk to the Reverend Mother with everyone in your group. She will refuse to let Sten into your group. Next, get Leliana. When the party selection screen comes up, go solo. Talk to the Reverend Mother again. Threaten her. After you threaten her, get Morrigan into your group, but not Alistair. Threaten her over and over and you will get +4 to her approval rating. You can do this as many times as you want. You can have Leliana unlock the cage that is holding Sten granted you are not a rogue yourself.

If you find a cheat for Lelianna let us know because she's actually difficult. Or Sten.
Leliana is very, very easy if you have her in your party and choose "good" options. She also has a pile of gifts, including two special gifts (the Nug and Andraste's Grace). Also, if you romance her that boosts the approval even more if done correctly. I bet I could get to 150 or so if the game let me.
Sten, on the other hand, is difficult if you do not understand his personality since he is the only complex character in your party. Every other character has clear ways to gain approval: either be good or be bad, and treat them well regardless. Sten, however, does not want to be treated nicely - he just wants to get the job done and hates stupid questions, so the tried-and-true RPG technique of talking a lot actually hinders you. The best method is to be honest and concise.
Some small conversations with Sten can yield approval increases of over 20 if done correctly, since there are not many conversations, unlike some other party members. Still, since I have never kept him in my party I usually can only get him up to maybe 70 or so. I think if I played with him I could get to 100 without too much trouble.

you are an idiot. Every character is complex. Not talking to you or being standoffish does not make someone "complex" it makes them standoffish. I don't think you understand what it means for a character to be complex.

you realize you can seduce morrigan by just talking to her enough times? She's the easiest romancable character in the game. That seems like a rather big waste of time. If you gave Morrigan every gift meant for her and there was no approval limit, her approval would probably be 160 at the end of the game if you picked the right dialogue options. If you find a cheat for Lelianna let us know because she's actually difficult. Or Sten.
WAHT?
I have the total opposite problem! It's so easy for my character to bed Lelianna and have her babble like a love-struck peasant girl! But I have a hell of a time getting into Morrigan's tent! Even at 91+ rating we are still just "friend", and thats all she calls me! ARHH! This happen in Mass Effect too, I never get ther girl I want. I was shooting was Ashley and ended up with Liara!

This kind of response seriously bugs me. Where do you get off insulting him over his choice of vocabulary? I would have to argue that Sten IS a more complex character. Compared to the girls he is much harder to please given his plethora of contradictions and his almost alien moral perspective. At the risk of hyporacy I would say you are guilty of your own flippant insult and would benefit in life from a friendlier attitude.

Think you just need 50-60+ approval and you need to do their companion quest. I at least didn't get the chance to "plow" them before I had finished the quests.

I manage to get both Morrigan and Leliana to bed on the same save (Pretty much at the same time too)

Leliana needs to be 100 approval to actually sleep with you(you can kiss her before then)
The companion quest may or may not be needed
Morrigan is a lot easier, you can bed her(with or without the companion quest) probably around 50-60 but I'm not sure which number. If you do the companion quest though after you'll have a talk with her that either cements you as friends or lovers.
Same kind of conversation can happen with leliana
As for the guy who said Morrigan only talks to him as 'friend', that's because you cemented yourselves as friends probably after the companion quest
Morrigan I was able to sleep with(without any bugs/exploits), by the 2nd time I went to party camp---she's way too easy..wait..mighta been first time at camp...

so ideal follow to unlock alot in 1 play is:
hump morrigan (possible in camp right after lothering/first few quests in a area.
hump leliana -> lose some approval with morrigan, but since u still get both grimoirse and mirror from *spoiler*. u can get her back at 100 easily.
hump zevran when u get him.... very easy. lose some leliana rep..
3 humps with my dwarf before lvl 12
