i just bought the game and it installed great. when i press play to try start the game and nothing happens. what can i do 2 fix this?

1) Make sure the game is updated, to latest patch.
2) Read this thread and post per it, we need the specs listed to know anything about your pc and to have a chance in heck of helping you.

Did you solve your problem without further advice? We like feedback when possible. After seeing a higher than usual incidence of "one shot" visits, I am curious whether we have a great many new people with no conception at all what kind of place a "Forum" actually is. You write the one first message and never come again; did you expect an eMail or other response outside of the forum? If you did, then this question of mine is purely rhetorical, isn't it?

There is no need to paste this message across the social network. It's called "Technical Self-help" for a reason... people can come and go as they please, with whatever level of engagement they desire.
