At some point, during my gameplay, something happened to make it so I cannot switch between shapeshifting forms in the Fade. I have acquired three of the four but, when I click on the changing icon, I will change forms for a few seconds before changing back automatically. The only one which is still working is my mouse form. I have tried restarting the game, restarting steam, and loading from various save points, even before I acquired the third form, but am still having the problem.
Any help would be appreciated.

Nothing. I wasn't able to find anything which mentioned it.
EDIT: Nevermind, if you clean out the registry files it will work again on the next start up. Problem solved.
