I finished the Circle of Magi tower before talking to Godwin to deliver the lyrium. However, I don't get any dialogue options to actually give him the lyrium. The only dialogue options I get are to question him about why he needs lyrium as if the game thinks I already turned in the lyrium to him.  Thus I can't continue the quest.  Is there anyway to fix this?  Only other way to complete the quest is to sell the lyrium for only 12.5 gold.  I'm getting screwed out of 75 gold because of some oversight.
