Probably not. I think she'll be an Infiltrator. I'll guess the other one will be the biotic. Sentinel or Vanguard.

Technically our only Biotic is Liara, if Kaidan was virmired, which I virmired him on most of my saves, besides at least 5 , cause those were my romancing saves for him.
And besides, Biotics are classy people.

I have seen some of both characters' passive powers, and I think it looks like Tali is going for a longer duration as well as a boost to the whole squad's tech strength while the other character is going for more tech and weapon damage.
It looked like their powers have a nice synergy and Tali is the only one of them who gets Energy Drain.
Haven't seen the powers of the new character, but I'd wager that they're different from Tali's, considering that they both have similar but yet different class roles.
