I was wondering if there is anyway I could play the game because I know about the "ESC" problem that will make the game crash to desktop.

i7, 6GB, Intel HD, 750GB

Anything with Intel graphics is problematic at best.

I Played on Intel HD (Core i3M) FPS was about 20, no problems.
But than configured switchable graphics and played on ATI discrete graphics card.

Meh I could play ME2 on the lowest settings from my laptop with a Intel HD 3000. It was still workable... However, I can;t say the same for ME1.

You should be able to play it downloading version 15.22.54.2622 of the Intel drivers for HD 3000. I got it from here http://downloadcente...rivers&lang=eng
It looks like that version is not the one currently supported by Intel, so I installed it only because of ME2. Eventually I will revert to the latest supported version, that can be found on Intel web site.
I am going through the game for the second time, and it is fine at 1440x900 resolution, CPU i5 at 2.5 GHz, 8 GB RAM and Windows 7 64-bit; all graphic options set to on with the exception of film grain.
