Ok I am so confused! I need to get the perfectionist trophy to unlock the platinum reward. I have done both Ultimate Sacrifice and Dark Ritual but it wont unlock. There is a lot of controversy online about waht criteria unlocks the trophy. Do I have to sacrifice Alistar and Loghain in an ending to unlock it as well or not. Any help is appreciated.
By the way I have the Ultimate Edition if that makes a diffrence.

For me the trophy glitch and I got it only after getting two endings but I'm pretty sure you're suppose to do all four to get the trophy.

1. Perform dark ritual and kill archdemon yourself, living.
2. No dark ritual, you kill archdemon and die.
3. Alistair kills archdemon, he can live or die, your choice if you convince him to do dark ritual.
4. Loghain kills Archdemon.
You can in theory do this in one playthrough with a few select saves, as a male Warden, save before landsmeet for Alistair/Loghain party member choosing, save before dark ritual for living/dying.
I did it across 3 playthroughs I think, used an alt save for the Loghain who I usually give whats coming.
