I had to unplug my dvd from the sata , cause i had some problems with my 1TB and i am testing few things and cannot plug the dvd at this moment and i would like to play mass effect 2 as a test for the things i am doing

how can i run the game with no dvd?

Only by replacing it with a digital version. Since that now entails volunteering for an Origin install, it's no longer the open and shut case of accepting a free offer from EA's store. Origin is generating a great deal of negative response, worse than seen from Bethesda's customers to being stuck with Steam now.

Well i think i will just plug back the dvd and see if my 1tb will not go screw it self , cause i dunno if i fixed the 1tb or not , still i have to check 2 of those sata's

on other note , why is my GPU using 200 mb in desktop O_O

I'm not at all sure that the card you have will ever use any less, and actually would have thought 256 might be the low end.
