OMG.... the answer was so stupid and easy I actually slapped myself LOL!!!!

Log into the main screen. Make sure you are connected to the EA servers to validate your DLCs

CLICK LOGOUT and make sure ALWAYS LOG ME IN IS UNCHECKED

RESTART THE DAMN GAME

ALL YOUR DLC IS VALID AND YOU CAN KEEP PLAYING!!!!

And it won't continue to check the servers as you play and break your DLC content.. however it won't update your stuff online, but who cares!

Yep that is what I did from the beginning, havn't had a DLC issue yet.

 I'll have to try this when I get home tonight. Unfortunately I already had my pc at a friends house to download my dlc and left there after it completed without following these steps. Now I'm offline since I have no internet at home and the content all says unauthorized and I don't think I will be able to get to the option needed to make this work. But I'll give it a shot anyhow.
