Garrus and if there's a m/m alien love interest I'll go for that with a ManShep (the human characters have too much uncanny valley going on)

Male Infiltrator got Ashley, then switched to Jack, and that's where he's going to stay.

Male soldier got Ashley then got with Miranda, so I'll have to see which is more appealing in ME3, but I'm honestly in the center on this one.

Female adept got Liara then got her back during LOTSB, but had a moment of weakness with Jacob. It didn't mean anything, so hopefully smurfette takes her back.

Female infiltrator is one I'm playing now. I'm not if to make her bi like the other or simply straight. I would make her gay, but her options are very limited. I might do Kaidan, then go after Garrus or Kelly. I just don't want to go through the trouble of making her a lesbian if she's just going to end up with Liara in ME3, I've already got one of those.

Any idea who this romanceable Me3 shipmate is, or is everyone just speculating?

Eventually, every squadmate who is a romance option. But for my first playthrough, Garrus.

Don't know yet. Natalie Shepard would've stayed with Jacob, so we'll see about that. Samantha Traynor might just get on her to-do list. Aron would go for Vega, but we don't have solid confirmation he will be receptive to that.
