What about Samara for para play through? I want to show her that I'm worth giving it a shot after being shot down. But no harm if not.
Edit - Shep likes to prove nothing is impossible. Hell, one of my Sheps would join her journey after the reaper threat. Fa real.

Nope. Either non-romance playthrough or virmiring romanced!Ashley and go for one of the ME2!LIs (maybe Miranda) or loyal like an old dog.

Easy. Romancing Liara in ME1, staying loyal to her in ME2 and continueing her romance in ME3.

Jordan: loyal to Miranda

Mona: strongly traumatized after Horizon, so will likely break up with Kaidan and stay single

Max: loyal to Jack

Ashley: still lonely (waits for TIM)

Isabela: either grieves Garrus or moves to non biotic available (if such people will be available). Gender or human/alien isn't important to her while LI isn't biotic and they are emotionally connected.

John: the only his LI which survived previous games is Ashley, but he's "the worst playthrough", so if this romance can be failed, it will be failed.
