We need more of those.... at the very least we need more Steampunk RPGs.

Hear me out. I don't mean an outlandish game that sees us flying around in a cape and shooting lasers from our eyes. It would be something closer to hardcore sci-fi, in a sandbox setting, where you get the choice to take up the mantle of a hero, or to ignore pleas for help and instead go your own renegade way. Bioware loves that dichotomy anyway and it would play out well in a superhero story.
Perhaps we could mutate our character in one several different ways, each one being a class of hero, each with its own skill tree. And yeah, I'm channeling Nolan here, because I admire how he's the only director to attempt a serious take on the superhero genre. Bioware could do it too.

Steampunk RPG.
Pretty much this but with a dark theme to it as well. There seems to be a lack of such games.

Steampunk RPGs with a more sandbox style gameplay.

Also hoping for a good Victorian horror RPG, or something Lovecraft-inspired.

Espionage would be another interesting theme for Bioware to try. Not like Alpha Protocol though. Maybe a futuristic espionage or ancient times espionage. Mixed in with something else to give it an original style. Maybe like......a cross between Splinter Cell and 007, but in an alternate future, with rpg elements, hand to hand combat, weapons combat, stealth, gadgets, etc. Toss it into one giant, highly detailed, living sandbox world with additional areas to add on through DLC.
I always liked the idea of a James Bond RPG, not the new Bond but the old school Bond with gadgets, flamboyant villians and henchmen with metal teeth, I know it is probably never going to happen however if done right I think it could make for a pretty good game.

My point still stands though, I'd rather Bioware made a cyberpunk Rpg than a Steampunk Rpg because the problem with Steampunk is that sometimes it ends up being too high fantasy and unrealistic.
EDIT: Mind you though even cyberpunk has its own problems. A lot of cyberpunk fiction ends up with having really boring lore/universe and it can sometimes come off as trying too hard to be edgy.

How about a superhero rpg?

I would love this. I'm actually kinda surprised no one has made a serious superhero RPG. I think it could be amazing.
