Alright, so the first run-through of ME2 allowed not just that loyalty mission for Garrus to show up but, another quest popped up regarding a salarian mad-scientist who sold body parts while Garrus was in C-sec. I only came across that quest in the first-run through but I haven't since I've played it again. Two questions : What did I do to trigger this quest and are there other side quests like this other than loyalty missions for each character?
