So we never actally see the person die on virmire, though I don't doubt that they are. Yet I was curious to how that was never shown, what if the reapers got ahold of this person's body and did something to it to try and quilt Shepard later? I think it would really show Shepard's despair. Not to mention Shepard does say that he's not over Virmire. This is a mighty trump card for the reapers. So do you think this is a possibility?
what if the person who "died" on virmire isn't really dead?

I hope not, because BW have stated a number of times that the person who died on Virmire is perma dead (not coming back ever (not even as a huskified zombie))

You could see that blast from orbit, lol, noone survived. That would suck if the Reapers did it. I always picked Kaiden though, so I'd shoot him dead..... again......before he even finished trying to guilt me. lol
