Clearly its The Old Republic, based on my current state of twichiness due to extended downtime.
Within the game, my obsession is crafting and backstabbing with a shotgun. Daggers are so passe.Image IPB

My brother! I tried rerolling Agent (People I know went empire) but I missed my shotgun too much. Can you believe Agents only get a knife?

Anyway, it's The Old Republic for me, too. I have loads of coursework to do, and I wake up each morning with the best of intentions, but... no, I need TOR.

Well to be fair, the Shiv move Agents get where they impale a vibroblade in their enemies chest (and it sticks there) is pretty nifty too. And Agents get great voices and a very sexy ship.

But I do love the shotgun to death. At first I was sad to find out it wouldn't replace the pistol for all attacks, but its really fun the way they handled it.  I'm so busy shooting things with it that I never bother with the whole cover mechanic thing.

Hmm.. I'd say they were about equal on VO (I love the male Smuggler and female Agent, not so fussed about the other two), but on evertything else I'd have to go smuggler.

Although, you know you can have two blades stuck in an enemy at once? One in the chest and one in the back. That's pretty funny.

My current obsession is trying to make characters in the 'creator of SWTOR that resemble real-life folks. I managed a fairly decent Brad Pitt the other day.

I am trying to fly the A-10C Warthog in a flight sim. Believe it or not, that game has 3 manuals with a total of 906 pages. It takes minutes to start the machine. You have to activate lots of switches in the correct order (meaning you have to understand what they are for) before there is even the slightest notion of motion. :P I need a break from that.

Tonight I am doing SR3, but I am not sure which of the two games is more crazy. :P

Exercise.
I exercise (Weight lifting and cycling) 3 hours per day and I always feel like its not enough, I never get exhausted and do not experience any negative effects like overtraining, when I grab a barbell I simply turn into a machine that can't get enough.

It just feels so great.

Skyrim and macro photography. Oh, and looking up examples of human deformities that have come about from environmental influences. (if anyone has any good examples that arent the usual agent orange/hiroshima etc let me know!)

Gaming-wise: Skyrim. Solid game in so many ways, and annoying in surprisingly few... having an absolute blast with it.

Musically: Walk Off The Earth. These guys haven't left the CD player in my car for over a month now; No radio, no other bands, just WOTE.

Am currently beginning to fall out of love with leftover turkey and stuffing, however... Until next year, my plump little Butterball...

Oh, and as far as books go, have also just discovered Neil Gaiman (yes yes... a little late to the party, I know).  I can see his books becoming a bit of an obsession, too.

I do have a gaming rig inbound from Overclockers, but I will never forsake my Miggys

At the moment, studying American politics and their politicians. It's morbidly fascinating.

But once The Old Republic arrives in this country, it's almost certainly going to be that ... unless the Trooper and Bounty Hunter aren't as neat as they look in previews and videos.
