'ello. I'm pretty sure my final import save is on my brother's 360 HD.
What I BASICALLY want to know is: Can I transfer an import ready ME2 file to another 360 (through the cloud), or will there be hoops to jump through?
Like when I get ME3, will I have to start it on his just import ME2, save (to the cloud) the moment I get a chance in order to play ME3 as the Shepard I've had since 2007 on MY console?
I think I may also be able to tranfer a normal save of that Shepard NG+'d to the cloud and play that from my console, but as I understand it, I'd have to actually end it again on MY 360 for it there to be an import there.

Not used Cloud so unqualified to comment as such; but I'll speculate anyway.
I am assuming that what you want to access is yours, that is to 'say' that it is linked to your Gamertag and your account. Personally I can't see any difficulty of what you want to do, but perhaps others will advise differently.
Since ME3 isn't out it may be premature to assume that ME2 uses a hidden save file for import like ME does. I would imagine that ME3 would just be selecting the file you want to import, provided you have completed the main game, somewhat similar to the system in Dragon Age.
