I have a console version of DAO, and I just discovered that Morrigan's epilogues were bugged since you cannot get the Romance ones for both Origins and Awakening unless you save the golden mirror. Unfortunately, I used the golden mirror early and have no save points that date that far back. I am just before the Landsmeet where you have to gather support for Eamon, so replaying the game is not an option. So should I choose to get the romance option at the end of Origins or Awakening? Which one will let me get the go through the portal ending in Witch Hunt? And which would be more useful in future games if they brought back this storyline? Or does it not really matter at all?

You can't romance her in Awakening. You can play Witch Hunt no matter what happens. We don't know the future of the game series so we can't tell you what option is best. It's all a guess.
You can run around and get more gifts and give it to her. You can odds are do her quest. There's still a decent bit left after the landsmeet. You may be able to get the romance done. Never waited that long so I don't know.
