1 or 2 month ago i paid to download content o dragon age origins. i wanted to download a new
content but i forget my password and i changed my password. the problem is that i want to play
but it says i am not the owner of the content of the game. how can i fix it?

Help others to help you (i.e. provide more info in the first place). After all, this forum you are in now is user-to-user help. You will see very little from EA/Bioware here.
That said, account issues are only fixable by EA, not anyone here. If you have password issues I bet you'll need to be able to show proof of purchase or somehow show you actually own what you say you own, before they can do anything for you.
