So, I was running around the Citadel, very early in the game, even before I become a spectre. I was just going to the lower wards in the elevator when a typical news came up, saying about something hanar protesting in a prothnean digsite. When the news ended the elevator was still going down and then I swear I heard some strange whispering. I could only took the second part of the whisper, I think it sayed: "To be saved". I googled it, but couldn't find anything. Am I just hallucinating things or I really found an easter egg in the game? I think it could be because of the prothean beacon, it would even fit the plot, but it strange that nothing mention it.

I'm not sure, I've played ME 1 four or five times and I have no idea O.o

My best guess is its a glitch though otherwise you'd think we'd have heard of it by now.

My best guess is you've mistaken some of the elevator music? Some of that sounds like it has some weird whispering in. I think you're looking for something that's not there, sadly.

Yeah, I think the elevator music/sound was that what I heard... Aww, but it was awesome to think I found an easter egg

 You're not the only one. I'm not sure what it's saying, but I hear something that is most definitely whispering in the elevator. I just heard it now in the Citadel Tower elevator.

It sounds too much like a whisper to be a glitch or a misheard elevator note. I suppose the only other thing it could be is some sort of futuristic elevator hydraulics sound.
