Hi,

I don't seem to be able to login to my bioware social account (I had to create this account just so I could get some help). Note the details:

1) I get the "Invalid Login Details" message whenever I attempt to log in.
2) I can log in to any other EA service with no issue (with the same email address and password).
3) I can log in to any of Bioware's more recent games that allow you to do so. (I actually reinstalled DA:O and DA2 just to check; everything is fine and dandy with the exact same email and password. I even see all my DA:O DLCs in-game.)
4) I have attempted to reset my password to no avail (i.e. after resetting, I continue to be able to log in to every other EA service except Bioware social).

Please help me. I was going to finally get round to getting the last of the DA2 DLCs but can't do so unless I solve this issue.

Nevermind. I got in. Absolutely ridiculous problem: Bioware social has problems with passwords that include an apostrophe. Changing it to something else without an apostrophe fixed it. But this is just crazy. I've since changed it back to the password that I WANTED--one that was more secure and worked on EVERY OTHER EA SITE EXCEPT THIS ONE. I guess I'll change my password to something less secure without the offending apostrophe whenever I want to access this damn site. Looks like I'll hold off on the DA2 DLC for a while because of this nuisance.

I had to reply to this message to report that APOSTROPHES STILL DON'T WORK IN PASSWORDS FOR THIS SITE.  This is especially glaring, because social.bioware.com requires you to use your Origin account and password, but if there is an apostrophe in your Origin password, then it is impossible to log in to social.bioware.com!  This is a really stupid error, and is indicative of the larger security errors on this site.  Can you believe that a hacker managed to change my security question a few months ago?

That would be EA's problem with origin. Not Bioware's.
