I'm mainly a console gamer (upgrading my PC now to play games like this) but I liked Origins better on the console than DA2. I didn't like the combat or the voiced protagonist dialogue wheel options in DA2 at all.

The voiced protagonist doesn’t matter to me, since my TV has a mute feature and I still have all my Tool albums...oh look there right here on this computer. (Edit sorry) It's the lack of options in the wheel that I don’t like. Only ever having three options in ever encounter sucked.

If DA3 plays anything like DA2(I’m looking at you combat/dialogue wheel), I wont be getting it.

I consider to buy DA3 but not on release date. Will first wait for several reviews from different game sites and from metacritics. I dont care about trailers or some bits of informations here and there.

No day one order from me. I'll wait and see how they have done with the implementation of choice and consequence, if it is the same as DA2 I wont buy it.

Not a chance in hell. I preordered DA2 based on DAO being so fantastic. Got F'ed on that deal. And I won't base my decision to buy DA3 on the initial reviews. I will wait a few months and then, if the reviews are good at that point, I will buy a cheap used copy.

I probably will. This depends on how things look in the previews of course and I will definitely be doing more research beforehand, but Bioware has shown if nothing else that they listen to their fans, and they have experimented with improvements using our own feedback.

I will hope that they cut far less corners than they have for DA2 though. Any gripes I may or may not have for their general direction is vastly overshadowed by the horrible reuse of assets for multiple locations (I.E. the same cave used five different times with only slight alterations that mainly consist of putting barriers in certain areas). I don't know what kind of budget problems they had to do that but I sincerely hope they sorted that out in advance for DA3.

I've been with bioware for a long time and one game that wasn't completely up to par isn't enough to scare me from them, especially when said game isn't nearly the spawn of satan some people make it out to be.

It will depend on what kind of news I hear about the game in the lead up. I usually try to avoid spoilers pre-release but I think I'll make an exception there and make a decision about pre-ordering depending on what I hear a bit closer to release.

I'll buy it. So far I've enjoyed all the games. Each has its pros and cons but overall I've been quite happy (satisfied) playing in the world of Thedas.

Well despite its flaws, I still love DA2. It is one of my favorite games. So I definitely plan to preorder DA3
