If some people here got there way... pregnancy *shudders* Personally I'd be content with well written dialogue. Emphasis on well written.
Pregnancy? You could still get to that if you don't stay faithful.

Do we know what the perk is for staying true to our LI from ME1?
A smile from the LI? Not feeling like a jerk?
What more do you need?

I don't even understand how a pregnancy would work in ME3... but anyways. I am hoping an earlier chance for you to reconcile and continue your relationship, yes some well written and maybe tender romance dialogue.
* Shepard and his team is running away from a reaper coming after them*
Liara : SHEPARD. WAIT.....I think I'm in labor!!!
*Critical mission failure*

True, but through the magic of Mass Effect sex, no one gets pregnant. I've seen a lot of people here go baby crazy with the LI's of choice.

I don't see why there should be a 'reward' for staying faithful, other than not having to endure a cat/biyatch fight between your 2 LIs. People stay faithful to their loved ones because...they love them?

I think the conclusion we got in ME2 was a HUGE step up from the blue misty haze we got in ME1. An even bigger jump in quality and content for ME3 is all that I really care about. Its not like its a traditional rpg where there's content after the campaign.

Am I the only one of the mindset that dying is a sufficient relationship ender?
Not at all; I can't really blame the VS for moving on if they chose to do so and I don't see how they could blame Shepard either.
