I'm still not feeding your fish.

Would be nice if " Marriage, old age, and a lot of little blue children?" wasn't just a one-liner they threw in there never to be revisited.

Lots of little Papagenos and Papagenas?

But I don't see any particular perk you should get as a player, just the
satisfaction of different lines.  Please.different...lines.  Not just a
one-size-fits-all line that comes before/after the line that's omitted
if there was no "cheating."  I realize that level of detail increases the difficulty of producing the game, but this is the final installment.  Go all out!  And yeah, it may be late to make changes.

Similarly, my question coming here was if there is anything I should know regarding a Shepard with no LI in ME1 or 2.  That'll be all. ;)

An epilogue with bickering paragon/renegade children would be nice

Not at all; I can't really blame the VS for moving on if they chose to do so and I don't see how they could blame Shepard either.

Exactly.

I liked DA:O's epilogue even though it didn't really show you anything it told you briefly about what happened based on the choices you had made.

I don't even understand how a pregnancy would work in ME3... but anyways. I am hoping an earlier chance for you to reconcile and continue your relationship, yes some well written and maybe tender romance dialogue.

* Shepard and his team is running away from a reaper coming after them*
Liara : SHEPARD. WAIT.....I think I'm in labor!!!

*Critical mission failure*

This..

and according to the leak you do get different dialouge.Well for Liara at least. Unless there are major changes to the leaked endings.. children aint going to happen.

Exactly.

The problem is we never got the chance to clarify our relationship status with the VS like you could with LIara in LOTSB. We didn't get the yes or no I still want to be with you. Instead we got locked into relationship status with them and now we are going to get punished in ME3. Which to me is BS. Why should I get punished for moving on when I didn't get the chance to end it?

Edit: One of my shep's moved on

Mind-blowing reunion sex right after coming aboard the refitted Normandy?

Serious answer: marriage, I hope

This, I support.

Also I heard you can't really romance old ME2 characters in ME3. You can, however, import that romance and continue it in ME3. That's a reward already.
ME1 romances may help you in dire situations if not cheated on.

Which I think is retarded. Not the "Saving your life" part, but the "Cheated on" part.

Maybe it's just me, but if my significant other died, I would move on. I'd mourn, but I'd move on. I wouldn't tell people I'm dating a corpse.

Hell, even if they pulled the Jesus treatment like Shepard did and came back to life I wouldn't be angry if they got together with someone else.

Great world we live in today. People expecting perks and rewards for staying faithful to the ones they supposedly love.

We better start handing out cash vouchers for every day we brush our teeth, or don't murder someone.

If there is a serious 'perk' or 'reward' for staying loyal to your ME1 interest, I would support the possibility of it being marriage and a special epilogue scene where ME1 LI and Shepard are living as close to 'happily ever after' as they can get after the Reaper invasion, perhaps with ME1 LI being pregnant (if Ash or Liara) or Fem!Shep being pregnant by Kaidan.

If someone I loved pulled a jesus treatment and then moved on so quickly...Well I would be freakin pissed actually. Like dude, I cried over you...For like ages. Not cool, bro.

perk: Ashley will kill herself instead of killing you out of love and grief over what you have done.

Oi, oi, oi. There's no need to be like that, Hellbound555. Ashley is a difficult character to like, but she's not that bad.

Yeah...I'm kinda leaning towards this as well...maybe even an extra romance scene or something.

with my interpretation of ashley, that seems like the best ending i could give her. nothing to do with her popularity.

Why that?
She seems to be the caring type. Her reaction on Horizon is understandable if you consider the turmoil of emotions when her dead lover reappeared and doing jobs for a terrorist organization.

Won't go into any spoilery details here ... but ... errm ... the romance arc of Ash meets the same high requirements of quality like Liara's romance. Same for Kaidan's - just for the record. Lots of emotional stuff.

I don't need an extra perk or something for being faithful, just some different scenes and some stuff that attaches me more to Ashley (or Kaidan or Liara or ... you name it).

Immediately after this she told me that it COULD HAVE BEEN Cerberus working with the Collectors.

Y'know, a pro-human group abducting colonies worth of humans.

 -snip-

because you will keep fighting for what you are fighting and she will fight for what she has left.

so, Should there be a perk for "cheat" too?
